Moms new skill....

Hi Friends,
My mom has picked up a new hobby...she clicks long sticks together and out comes cloth. She made me this sweater from a pattern that the mom of Dip-Dip and The Bridge directed her to. It is a pretty simple pattern for a beginner to follow. This is her first project and I think I will be getting some more that are a little more refined. At least it will keep me warm on those cold outings. Until next time.

    How odd!! My mom is learning how to knit too! Great minds think alike huh? I guess you "told" your mom that you wanted a sweater too..my mom hasn't actually "learned" how to knit quite yet, but she is taking a class on Saturday to learn how to knit. She is probably far away from doing a sweater though. I think your new sweater is very nice and that you look quite handsome. Tell your mom that she did a WONDERFUL job.

    Fabulous sweater Draco, tell your Mom she did a pawsome job! Mom knows how to knit and looked at that pattern also, butt she said she gets annoyed with having to follow a pattern, BOL!

    That is wonderful! We can't believe this is your Mum's first dog sweater.

    We love your new sweater. It looks awesome on you!!! That was so cool of their mom to share the pattern with you. Our mom sews coats & stuff but she wants to know where to look for that pattern. She would like to do something different.

    Thanks for visiting AND thanks for the pattern link. Mom always makes fleece coats, crate blankets & stuff BUT she is going to try the pattern and do knitting.Something she hasn't done in a long time.

    Our Mama used to do that same hobby. She couldn't make sweaters though. She could only make scarves!
